We rent our presbytery - a beautiful old but well renovated, idyllic house in a peaceful atmosphere directly adjacent to the historic church and a very convenient location - 400 m to the bottom station of the ski lift, 50 meters to local shops, directly opposite an excellent Landgasthauses (Inn) , ... - Rooms are self catering. I.e. there are on the 2nd Floor of our house, small living units, each with kl. Anteroom, rooms with 2-4 beds and a shower room with toilet and shower. On the ground floor a well equipped, large kitchen located in a rustic style and a common room, where self-care is provided in cozy ambience. The Neue Bonner-Hütte belongs to the German Alpine club, section Bonn. The hut is located close to Rennweg am Katschberg on 1,712m above sea level. The area around the hut is called Nockberge, a foothill of the National park Hohe Tauern. You will find a natural paradies for hiking and in winter for ski touring literally made for families, beginners and people that aim to enjoy their stay. The hut offers overnight accommodation for 29 persons split in 11 rooms with different sizes. Every room has fluent warm and cold water from the tub and central heating. The sanitation area for all overnight guests is located on the first floor and includes two separating shower cabins. Next to the two comfortable dining areas the hut offers a huge sun terrace with partly shelted seats. In winter the tile stove creates a cozy atmosphere. A grocery store, Raiffeisenbank and cozy, dignified country inns are within about 150 meters. The Topskiregion "Aineck-Katschberg" is about 450m away, the ski bus stop is right outside the house. Skating rink and cross-country trail are nearby. In summer a hiking paradise is right away in front of you, and a relaxing cycling Murradweg (bike path). The Tennis & Beach volleyball court is 50 meters immediately attainable, and the golf course is adjacent to St. Margarethen. There is a barbecue in our beautiful quiet garden with barbecue house! Audible silence and dreamlike idyllThe hut is located in the middle of nature at 1500 m above sea level, away from the hustle and bustle, noise and traffic. In summer you can enjoy the fresh green of the forest and the flowering meadows. The night is still really dark and not illuminated by street lights, so the stars seem close enough to touch. In the morning one is awakened by birdsong and the first warm rays of the sun shining through the window, and in the evening no sound makes a sound sleep. Even deer and deer they venture into the meadow in front of the hut and can be observed. You can feel the everyday life falling away. The apartments are located in a quiet location in the center of Katschberghöhe at an altitude of 1690m. Parking is available directly in front of the houses. Within a few minutes walk you can reach all the slopes and tourist facilities. All apartments are modern and spacious. A cozy stove provides a pleasant atmosphere.The journey takes place east of the Katschberghof on a private road.

In summer, the Lungauer biketrial, such as the famous Murradweg is right on the doorstep, many local hiking trail and the small grocery store, bank, inns and hotel restaurants are also only a few hundred meters away from us. In the idyllically located Pöllatal, a good hour's drive from the city of Salzburg, you can relax in an intact natural landscape - landscape conservation and Natura 2000 protected area - with beautiful mountain lakes, peaks to over 3000m and managed pastures, Bacherlebnisweg.In walking distance (about 300m) you can let yourself be pampered in the snack hut Schoberblickhütte. If you want to do some exercise before you eat, you will hike to the Kochlöffelhütte, which is about 5 km away, where you will also be well taken care of.Afterwards you can either hike back on the Bacherlebnisweg or take the Choo-Choo-Train back.

The Davidbauer hut is located on Krametbühel on the Atzensberger Alm. The place Rennweg in Katschtal, is part of the Liesertal and lies in the north of Carinthia on the border to Salzburg. Our hut is located at about 1925 m above sea level and is about 10 km from the center (of which 5.5 km on a dirt road) away. From a wonderful sun terrace you can enjoy a view up to the high Tauern or the Karawanken.

Pichlern is located on a hill about 1,8 km from the center of St. Margaret away, where restaurants, grocery store and a bank, as well as the extensive cycle network Lungau, trails and sports facilities with tennis and beach volleyball court.The large parking lot from the ski lift Aineck Katschberg is situated just 2.4 km away from our house - the other ski areas are easily reachable in a few minutes.

The recently renovated apartment is located between the ski resort of Katschberg and the Milstattersee in the south of Austria. The floors in the apartment are mostly made of wood.
