General information

Family-run for over 300 years, Gasthof Post in Rennweg is just off the A10 motorway and a 5-minute drive from the Katschberg Ski Area. It offers a sauna, steam bath, and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant serves traditional Austrian and Carinthian cuisine.

The bright, Alpine-style rooms at the Post Gasthof feature a seating area, satellite TV, and a bathroom. Some have a kitchenette and a balcony.

A fishing pond, a ski storage room, and free private parking are available on site. A ski bus stops right outside, and a bicycle and ski rental is next door.

For children we offer the following discounts:

Children up to the 5th birthday are free with us!

Children between 5 and 12 years receive a 50% discount on the above price.

Children between 13 and 15 years receive a 30% discount on the above price.

Our half board includes the breakfast buffet, as well as multi-course menus choice with salad buffet in the evening.

The use of our sauna and steam bath is also included in the price.

In winter worth knowing :-): Directly in front of our house holds a free shuttle bus, which brings you to the lifts on the Katschberg and back to us.

Pets:

Pets are allowed only on request and must always be confirmed by us. We charge per animal € 12 .- / night as cleaning compensation. Please also note that four-legged friends are not allowed in every room.

General information

Our inn is located in Rennweg am Katschberg (Austria / Carinthia). The easiest way to reach Rennweg am Katschberg is via the A10, the Tauernautobahn. Take the exit 113 (Rennweg am Katschberg), turn left into the B99 / Katschberg-Bundesstraße (signs for Rennweg) after approx. 1 km turn right (direction Rennweg), on the right side you will see a large metal flower, which enters the Summer months acts as a fountain and water splashes. Go straight on for around 200 meters, our inn is on your left - just before the intersection, you will reach our parking lot on the left.
