The local tax of EUR 2,50/night/person from 17 years is payable on location.

ARRIVAL:
Your room will be available on the day of your arrival from 15.00. If your room is
available earlier, reception will let you know.
DEPARTURE:
On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10.00.
DEPOSIT:
Please transfer within 14 days from the day of your reservation a deposit of 15% of the total amount and the balance within 21 days before arrival - free of service charge for the hotel - to our bank account (if your arrival is scheduled within the next 21 days, we ask you to transfer the total amount):
In case of an online reservation through our website we will debit a deposit of 15% of the total amount from your credit card. The balance will be pre-authorised on your credit card and must be paid at the hotel (alternatively you can transfer the balance to the above mentioned bank account).
CREDIT CARDS:
The EC Card is welcome; credit cards are accepted in the Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences. We’ll be glad to inform you.
CANCELLATION FEES
If you suddenly have to change your plans:
up to 28 days before arrival 15%
27 to 22 days 20%
21 to 15 days: 30%
14 to 7 days: 45%
6 days to 1 day: 75%
No Show: 100%
